Are projectors connected?

If projectors are connected to your server, check that all cables are connected to the outputs of the graphic card. If the projectors are ON, they will be automatically detected by the system and will display the windows theme wallpaper of your server.

Make a visual check to verify that the projectors display the correct image and are in focus.

Is your camera connected ?

Check that your camera is properly connected, the system detects it, and verify that you have installed all appropriate drivers.

If you are using an IDS Ethernet camera (aka VIOSO Calibration kit), make sure the camera is connected to a dedicated Gigabit network adapter and you have set a fixed IP for it. (refer to the IDS camera section for more information).
